Typically, we’ll start by getting a snapshot of your current situation, current issues, and where you want to go. We’ll clarify your life purpose, values, ambitions, and goals. We’ll also work to identify key barriers, common frustrations, and areas where you tend to get stuck.
At the end of each session, we will talk through the next steps and actions to keep you moving forward between sessions.
Each session lasts 60 mins. All information is kept 100% confidential, and I will never divulge to anyone I’m working with you unless you give me explicit permission. I record each session and make it available to you to watch as a replay or download within 7 days from the session. I also provide you with a transcript from each session so that you have a written record of everything we’ve discussed.
At the beginning of our coaching, we will jointly decide how to best schedule our appointments and then continue to check in periodically to be sure that the pace always suits you. There is no one formula for coaching. We will design the pace and process that works best for you.
My coaching hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 am - 5 pm pacific time. There are times when I may not be available because I’m chauffeuring my kids to their various activities, but for the most part, you’ll find that my availability is very accommodating.
Plus, I tend to answer emails and Slack messages outside of normal office hours because there are times when you may have a fairly urgent need to speak with me.
I’d first like to clarify mentoring vs coaching. To me, mentoring is when an industry expert provides someone seeking guidance with free advice and connections.
As much as I love helping people starting out in their careers, I am only able to offer coaching services to people who are willing and able to invest in their careers financially.
Yes. I think it’s important to get to know a coach before you hire them. I offer a 20-minute free assessment session which allows us both to discuss and explore what your career situation is and how I might be able to help you.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to work with clients outside of North America due to a combination of banking restrictions and time-zone difficulties.
Not all countries support the payment methods that I accept so this is the main reason I have to limit clients to North America at this time.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss your appointment or cancel within the 24-hour window, it may not be rescheduled.
